Adv. Mtho Xulu is a distinguished legal and business leader with extensive expertise in Commercial Law and Corporate Governance. Holding both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of South Africa (UNISA), he was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2011.

As a prominent national business figure, Adv. Xulu serves as the President of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) and is the Founding CEO and Executive Director of JSX Investments (Pty) Ltd, an investment holding company with interests spanning eight economic sectors in South Africa. His leadership extends across multiple influential boards and organizations, including:

• Member, National Governing Council of the African Peer Review Mechanism (Chairman of the Corporate Governance Workstream)
